But before I make any recommendations I use multiple sources and scour the data for the most meaningful information. I also have to use my gut to check the data—you either have that skill or you don’t. I have it. I also pride myself on making my recommendations understandable to the layman. I get several market analyses a week come across my desk and as a 20 plus year economic development veteran I have trouble understanding half of them.
